    if you buy a ticket when the lottery is drawing either: someone wins, and the jackpot rolls over anyway plus initial amount. or no one wins, and the jackpot rolls over without adding the inital amount. not sure why buying a ticket then would do that, perhaps the order of code used?

    yes of course but also cryptocurrency as a whole. hell i think cryptocurrency will be legal tender in most places by the time i have children xD by then the market would have pushed out all smaller competition with barrier to entry so no more juicy volatile prices haha :'(
